All tasks are managed via the touch screen, utilizing fixed runner parameters to control filling time for precise metering. Pneumatic valve filling can be precisely timed to 0.01 seconds, maintaining measurement accuracy within a +1% error range. This minimizes material loss and enhances economic efficiency.

 

Servo Motor Filling System

Each filling head can be individually adjusted for consistent and precise filling. The machine features advanced bottle entry technology-no bottle, no filling. Filling commences only when the number of bottles recorded by the counter matches the set number of filled bottles.
