The high shear homogenizing structure, inspired by German engineering expertise, features imported double-end mechanical sealing and Japanese NSK bearings. With a maximum emulsifying rotation speed soaring to 3600rpm, it delivers a high shearing fineness ranging from 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharging, our advanced hydraulic tilting system is integrated. Additionally, we offer the choice of a customized fixed cover to reduce costs and minimize machine height. The vacuum defoaming capability ensures the sterility of materials, while the vacuum material sucking feature effectively prevents dust accumulation, making it ideal for powder products.
