A: Yes, we are a factory with over 26 years of manufacturing experience. We operate two locations: one in Jiangsu Province and another in Guangzhou, adjacent to our office.

Q: I'm new to the industry and planning to set up a factory. What should I do?
A: We will design the most suitable proposal based on your specific situation, including daily production, raw material formula, factory layout, and more. Additionally, we can introduce you to excellent suppliers of raw materials, bottles, labels, and other necessities.
Post-sales, our engineers will be dispatched for on-site installation, training, and commissioning.

Q: How long is your warranty? What happens after the warranty period if we encounter issues with the machine?
A: Our warranty lasts for one year. After this period, we continue to offer lifetime after-sales service. Whenever you need assistance, we are readily available to help.
If the problem is easy to solve, we will create a solution video for you. If that doesn't work, we will send an engineer to
your factory to resolve the issue.

Q: How do you ensure quality control before delivery?
A: Initially, our component and spare parts providers test their products before supplying them to us. Furthermore, our quality
control team rigorously tests the machines' performance and running speed before shipment. We also invite you to visit our factory to verify the machines yourself. If your schedule is tight, we will record a video of the testing procedure and send it to you.
