Our machine complies with stringent GMP standards and boasts a polished finish meeting 300U sanitary criteria. Incorporating German technology, the high shear homogenizing structure features premium imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. Achieving an emulsifying rotation speed of up to 3600rpm, it delivers an impressive shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharge, our advanced hydraulic tilting system is incorporated. We also offer an optional fixed cover to reduce costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming feature ensures sterile materials, and the vacuum material sucking function prevents dust, making it ideal for handling powder products.
