The high-shear homogenizing structure, featuring German engineering, includes imported double-end mechanical sealing and Japanese NSK bearings, achieving a peak emulsifying speed of 3600rpm with a shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
Our hydraulic tilting system ensures effortless product discharge. For cost-effectiveness and reduced machine height, a custom fixed cover is available. The vacuum defoaming feature ensures sterile materials, while the vacuum material sucking function prevents dust accumulation, making it ideal for powder products.
