The German-engineered high shear homogenizing structure boasts imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. Achieving a peak emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it delivers an impressive shearing fineness ranging from 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharging, our hydraulic tilting system is implemented. Additionally, we offer the option to customize a fixed cover, reducing both costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming capability ensures sterile materials, while the vacuum material sucking feature prevents dust accumulation, making it ideal for handling powder products.
