Q: Are you a factory?
A: Yes, we are a factory with more than 26 years of manufacturing experience. One is in Jiangsu Province, another in Guangzhou, next to our office.

Q: I'm new in the industry and planning to set up a factory. What can I do?
A: We will design the most suitable proposal based on your actual situation, such as daily production, raw material formula, and factory layout. We can also introduce excellent suppliers for raw materials, bottles, labels, etc., if needed.
After sales, an engineer will be sent for on-site installation, training, and commissioning.

Q: How long is your warranty? After the warranty, what if we encounter a problem with the machine?
A: Our warranty is one year. After the warranty, we still offer you lifetime after-sales service. Anytime you need us, we are here to help.
If the problem is easy to solve, we will shoot a solution video for you. If the video doesn't work out, we will send an engineer to
your factory.

Q: How can you control the quality before delivery?
A: First, our component/spare parts providers test their products before offering components to us. Besides, our quality
control team will test machines' performance and running speed before shipment. We invite you to come to our factory to verify the machines yourself. If your schedule is busy, we will record the testing procedure and send the video to you.

Q: Are your machines difficult to operate? How do you teach us to use the machine?
A: Our machines are designed for fool-proof operation and are very easy to use. Before delivery, we will shoot an instruction video to introduce the machines' functions and teach you how to use them. Engineers are also available to come to your factory to help install, test, and train your staff.
